How we handle your files.
Your supplier files hold prices, costs and sometimes customer details. Here is what happens to them.
Stored in Australia
Files are processed and stored on servers in Australia. Email is handled by Microsoft 365 with Australian data residency.
No AI on your data
Files are converted by plain, rule-based code that does the same thing every time. Your files are never sent to AI tools or language models.
Encrypted when stored
Stored files are encrypted, and each client's files are kept separately.
Originals kept unchanged
Every file you send is archived exactly as it arrived, with a fingerprint that proves it hasn't been altered.
Alerts without data
When a file is held, the alert names the columns and rows at fault. It never contains the values.
Every run logged
Each file's arrival, conversion and delivery is recorded, so you can see what happened to any file.
Keeping and deleting files
We keep your original files for as long as you're a client, plus an agreed period afterwards, so past files can be checked or re-run. The period is set out in your agreement.
When you leave, ask in writing and we'll delete your files.
